Discord SUPPORT NOT WORKING

ExTaza?!

I sended to support steam my selfie with my ID Card and nickname discord. They closed my ticket and do not answered me.
I need my account back. I waiting 5 days to unban. They do nothing with my problem. Only the bots sended me  “copy paste”
