Account got back from suspension
just got an email yesterday saying that my account is lifted from suspension, however when i reset my password and tried to login it still said that it's disabled. has anyone experienced the same issue as me ?

Yes, my accounts suspension was lifted 20 minutes ago and I was able to reset my password to log in, but then I got logged out and my account is disabled again :(

whoever is handling these things probably did not make it right, and i have tried to make a second ticket but for some reason the same guy who worked on my original ticket closed that instead of helping me.

Reply to the original ticket saying it's still disabled because they don't like it when you make multiple tickets.

it might be them enabling it and disabling it again, idk what's wrong with it too. heres hoping that an admin would see this and actually take a look at my tickets.

How long did you have to wait for your account to be unsuspended? I'm on day 11.

Mine took almost 30 days to get unsuspended, it was disabled on March 13th, only for it to be disabled again after being logged in for 5 minutes.

fellas i got good news and bad news for ya'll. the good new is that if you managed to get your account unsuspended, they are on the list of reactivation now. the bad news is idk how many accounts are in front of you.
and i am pretty sure most discord mods work during night time, so be prepared to have a pleasant surprise during evening.2 -

None on my end, reopened my ticket 2 days ago and no recent activity. It's been almost a month since my account was disabled so hopefully it won't get deleted before they reinstate it again, but also since I was able to log in for a few minutes before it got disabled again maybe it reset to that date instead and I have another month for them to reinstate it.

Update on my end: My original ticket was marked as solved without any response and I tried to respond again but it was marked as solved automatically after my response. I have made a new ticket though.
