Account got hacked and discord is doing nothing

So long story short i fell for the “I reported your account” scam and didn’t realize that’s what was happening until it was too late. I didn’t even know about this scam and had no idea about the mods on discord having specific badges so I kinda just fell into the trap. It’s been disabled by the hacker and I haven’t seen it online since but I’ve been trying to contact discord to help me get my account and have gotten nothing. I have no idea what else to do since I had gone through everything I could think of to secure it. I’ve messaged them on Twitter, it’s still connected to my phone number too so it’s not like there’s no proof that it’s my account PLUS a screenshot I took from my old account before it got hacked, but I’m beginning to get worried I won’t be getting my account back at all. DISCORD PLEASE RESPOND TO MY SUPPORT TICKET IS HAS BEEN ALMOST 20 DAYS.
