Windows 10(22H2)

Intel i7-11700k

A770 16GB LE

32 ddr4 3600 mhz 

1TB M.2 SSD

Every time I attempt to launch discord it BSOD and it is discord as once in safe mode it works fine, it only BSOD on regular startup as soon discord is attempting to load despite it not being listed in PID for startup apps

I’ve tried every outdated solution, deleting app data section, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating hardware drivers, SFC scan, deleting verifier settings, disabling driver verifier all do not work

So discord is this a Intel end issue or discord issue as I’ve had issues with stream encoding and issues with accelerated hardware settings section 

I don’t see a dump file location so please inform me how to send logs so I can have discord running on my pc as using TS3 is more annoying than anything
