Nitro account hacked, gifting nitro, support not helping
Hello. My account got hacked 2 weeks ago. It is an 8 year old account that has had nitro for around 6 years. I sent a ticket immediately after it happened but due to my poor mental state at the time, I sent another one a couple of days later to better clarify the situation and a few other times when I haven't received any information in several days. So far all but the first have the label “Solved” even though the problem has not been solved yet. Is there any way to talk to a support team member directly instead of needing to do the ticket thing? Or a way to get support to take the tickets seriously? Can someone please help me?

Often when you send more than one ticket discord will mark you as scam and close all tickets.

Even if the one I sent today was the first one in 13 days?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Dealing with a hacked account can be incredibly stressful, especially when support isn't providing the assistance you need. Here are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:
1. Follow up on your tickets: Keep following up on your support tickets, even if they have been marked as "Solved." Sometimes, tickets are closed automatically, but that doesn't mean your issue has been resolved. Politely ask for updates and clarification on the status of your account recovery process.
2. Try different communication channels: If you're only using tickets to communicate with support, try reaching out through other channels if available. Some platforms may offer live chat support or phone support. Check the support options on the platform's website or contact page to see if there are alternative ways to get in touch.
3. Contact through social media: Many companies have social media accounts where they provide customer support. Try reaching out to the platform's support team through their official social media channels, such as Twitter or Facebook. Be sure to include relevant details about your issue and any ticket numbers you have.
4. Seek help from the community: Sometimes, other users who have experienced similar issues can offer helpful advice or assistance. Consider posting about your situation on relevant forums, subreddits, or community groups associated with the platform or service you're using. Just be cautious about sharing sensitive information publicly.
5. Escalate the issue: If you're not making progress with regular support channels, consider escalating the issue to higher levels of support or management. Look for escalation procedures or contact information for supervisors or managers on the platform's website.
6. Consider legal options: If all else fails and you believe your account has been compromised due to negligence on the platform's part, you may want to consider seeking legal advice. However, this should be a last resort after exhausting all other options.
Remember to remain patient and persistent while seeking assistance. Keep detailed records of your communication with support, including timestamps, ticket numbers, and any responses you receive. This information may be helpful if you need to escalate the issue further or seek assistance from outside sources.

Genuinely the whole community should boycott nitro to show how shitty their support services are and how little they care because all they want is money.

Agreed. Nitro is barely worth it to begin with without support not helping people. And Terry, thank you for the help and advice, it was insightful and I will be doing all of that!

Alrobin I have some questions I want to ask, what is your current discord? I wish to know who this hacker is as I am starting to believe it’s the same person and how you appeal/created the ticket
