BEWAR RHYS DAVIS—was scammed into losing my account and have been waiting for nearly a month
So like 22 days ago my account fell victim to the “I reported you” thing, one of my friends got hacked and I thought it was genuine and which was a big mistake. Rhys Davis support guy ended up getting into my account and idk if discord disabled it or if he did? But he threatened to sell my info before I ended up blocking him and contacted discord immediately. I made the mistake to send multiple, because my friend auggested doing that, and I’m really just hoping that the one ticket marked as open won’t be marked as solved just because they think it’s a scam. This has been super stressful to go through. Does anyone have any recommendations? It’s just so violating that someone else has my account…

I've seen so much of people talking about their accounts getting hacked and the only thing discord does is put you at the back of the queue if you keep messaging them through support about it, even if it's only one ticket. They really don't care to look into it, and if they do they don't make it seem like they give a shit. They really only care about people who give them money through nitro and don't mind loosing a few people because there are millions. I've had this happen and this has happened to my friends now because of their uncaring attitude towards these cases with mousetrap scams. Rhys Davis scam is one of those.
As for your information, make sure your cards are frozen or taken off and you should be okay. Watch your banks for a bit as well. The best we can do is just wait for discord to realize what they can do to help, and if it helps I've actually sent them a reply in my ticket on a way to help that I've seen another user had happen to his after 4 months of waiting.
Here it is: “I have an idea. What if you disabled my account then cleared the email on it, put mine back since my email was the original one on the account then send it back over so I can change my password? Would that work?”
It seems simple enough especially to someone who is currently going for a career in computers, however im sure i was put at the back of the line because of my want to have a real human being talk to me rather than a bot. Hopefully they respond to you soon and fix these issues with everyone.

yep, and again instead of looking into tickets they are more preferred on holding up my comments of disappointment cause apparently that's the only thing they care about lol.
