Hello Discord Community!
As many of you know, there have been a lot of mistakes on Discord's part when it comes to disabling accounts recently. Among all those users who have been affected by this problem, I have also been affected.
I don't want this post to serve as a way of complaining, so please don't use this post to complain but as a way of communication between all of us who are in the same situation.
Let's help each other make the wait time less overwhelming.

In my case, I have been waiting for a reply for 5 days after having followed all the necessary steps.
I have already sent my age certificate, now I'm waiting to them for enabling my account again after replying me that, indeed, I didn't break the rules.

i've sent ticket to them twice,after ny first ticket was mark as ‘sloved’,but i still cannot use my account,i replied this ticket and said ‘i want to get my get back my account’ or smth,so they accepted this ticket and now my account is active

My account got disabled on the same time 2 of my friends' also got disabled. We are all confused on why happened so presumably it's just a false ban. I've never messaged anyone about being <13 though. Sent few tickets and all flagged as solved without responding (except one ticket that Clyde responded with “We will not reinstate your account”)

I haven’t got my account back and it’s been 12 or 14 days now i just hope my account doesn’t gets deleted by them and i had nitro for 2 years now and all the tickets i made have been solved

If you answer in your existing ticket, is your ticket going down in the queue cause of the last activity? Or it only counts the date of creation?

My account has been disabled but no reason was given why, they only copy paste the same thing, “you violated terms of service, or community guidelines, or developer policy (they just mention all these but without an actual reason"
it's the same ai like, copy pasted automated message, they do not answer the phone either, or their twitter, what is going on

7th day waiting for Discord to enable my account again.

6th day for me, I've sent them screenshots of an user who claimed he is sending reports from multiple alt accounts to make sure my account won't be recovered, he is angry at me because I banned him, but he broke the rules, by harassing women. Still no answer from discord tho.

Thank you! You have to keep one or two, not more because they can think you are a spammer. If you send many tickets, they put you down in the queue.

Keep calm brother. I know it’s too difficult, I was so nervous too but you have to not bother them. If you have updates, tell us. You’ll get your account soon. 💪🏻

It's been 12 days, I heard after 15 they permanently delete your account, on pissedcustomer website I received an email informing me that discord decided to not read my message
