My account was disabled for being underaged, when im not.

My account was disabled 9 days ago, in those 9 days of my account being disabled I sent the support team a ticket showing proof that I am not underage, and to this day I haven't gotten a reply back from anyone, except the bot. 

How long will it take to get a reply back, I don't want to see this discord account gone since I am the owner of 2 pretty large community servers. Any help from the support team is appreciated
