Issue with GPU Overload and Freezing While Streaming on Discord's 64-bit Version

I learned that the 64-bit version of Discord is now supported, so I decided to fully uninstall the version I had and downloaded the 64-bit version directly from the official website. However, after a few hours of use, I encountered a significant issue. Whenever I attempt to stream, Discord appears to consume nearly all of my GPU's resources. I have an RTX 2060, and if I try to stream at 1440p and 60fps, not only does Discord freeze, but the application I'm streaming or even my entire PC experiences severe freezing.
