My Hacked Account is sending Scam's
my account got hacked weeks ago, im STILL waiting on my ticket for some kind of response, meanwhile friends on my discord are telling me through social media that they are getting sent messages from my account for the same scam and im worried one of them will fall for it.

I've been trying to get them to help me for over 3 weeks now. They keep closing my tickets without any help.

I've made new tickets but they close them after awhile, but the first ticket i made is still up so i feel like they are just making me wait till they decide they want to help. the worst part is no one communicates, just a small bit of communication can go so far

i'm in the same boat. i got scammed two weeks ago and my account was hacked into. made a ticket the day of and received a single response from a human. made a second ticket after a few days, they closed it immediately. i just did a follow-up today to that closed ticket and i'm hoping someone will answer. seems they're getting a while to get back to certain users, which is beyond frustrating

its insane how long this process is taking with NO communication, if they had just sent a PERSON instead of a bot to tell me to keep waiting, i'd be more patient

It's the 28th day stamp of my account getting hacked, on the same boat, got a human response of my ticket is being escalated but nothing after, I've only made one ticket and my ticket is still not yet been touched or closed, idk what to do, no communication, there's no foreseeable end for this madness while my account is still going rogue scamming ppl, some of my friends that I managed to recover contact told that almost an hour after I filed my ticket the scam is already ongoing! A month and they haven't even suspend the account, they're not helping at all

wow this is literally the same for me. on all accounts. its also bad cause ive been told by friends servers that i created with history to them were completely canned and all i can do is sit and watch as it goes down. its so painful

I'm in the same boat as y'all. I fell for the “I accidentally mass reported u” scam because a friend's account sent the initial message and I was intoxicated at the time.
It's been 57 days, though I have some hope considering one person complaining about a similar problem seemingly JUST got their account back today after 2 or 3 months of waiting
But it's still EXTREMELY upsetting knowing your account is trying to scam people and you can't do ANYTHING. Discord needs far more transparancy with their support process, because right now, they're doing nothing but driving people away.
