discord ignore nitro user
Hello,
I am one of your users under your service.
My account which has nitro has been banned recently.
I wanna say that I didn't do anything harmful or aggressive but my account has been banned without any warning or notice in advance.
I believe there must be some misunderstanding like age problem or anti-spam systems removing my account by mistake.
If there is some doubt about my age, I definitely ensure that I am adult and I can offer you my ID card for checking age information.
On the other hand, if the misunderstanding is from anti-spam systems problems, please lift the ban because I need my precious account back.

btw, i was sleeping at the time i got banned. it's ridiculous how Discord treated their nitro user.

lol they dont care at all. i had yearly for two years + gifts and monthly before. my account is permanently deleted now

I had nitro and decoration, also got my account disabled and ignored by support :(

If your Discord account was banned unfairly, reach out to Discord support with your username and an explanation of the situation. Provide any necessary proof, like domain for age verification. They can investigate and assist you further.

I also contacted Dicord's Privacy Team and that's their response:

Then I replied as follows and they haven't replied so far.

Yeah I know how to report in a normal way and I know all that you said
but all I got is ignorance again and again.
I know you are in different sectors
but I've tried every way I know,
which even includes posting on your feedback website and nobody helps.
Did anyone in Discord company review your feedback website?
I don't think so.
It's serious that your Trust & Safety team banned a lot of accounts which has nitro for no reason or explanation.
Also, it's ridiculous how your Trust & Safety team treated your nitro users.
Besides, I've also seen people complaining on Reddit, Quota, and PTT (Taiwanese internet forum), which represents there are a lot of people in the world who suffer the same or similar problems.
And that's very bad for your company's future.

Yeah same here, when I create the proper ticket on trust and safety they ignore me, when I create a ticket in the privacy category, they redirect me to trust and safety, it's not the 15th day and people said after 15 days the account is gonna be fully deleted I'm afraid they gonna fully delete my account without never answering my tickets, very sad, got disabled for absolutely no reason.
