You may be wondering how my a account is back after 3 weeks of waiting for support to give me a new, let's say, creative reply… 

Let's get to the point. Firstly, send them a picture of JUST your id and a paper with your user, not you in the pic. They will say your missing info, which happened to mme too, and thats when your gonna reply to the email they send you sending a pic of yourself holding the said. BUT, heres the most important part. Make sure to say in the description the minimum age in ur country, u can google it  AND your aage. 

Some questions and answers-

How long u until the account is terminated? It's either a month or never. I waited 27 days, got it back safely. 

You can send 100  million tickets, they will take it. I did too, lmao..

    I have the same problem with them, they keep closing and marking tickets as solved when they're clearly aren't.
