Ticket queue status
It would be super helpful if there was a button you could click, or a website you could go to… and see where your ticket is in the queue. Instead of waiting with steadily rising anxiety. Like me! Haha! I know my ticket is at the back of the queue, but I’d like to see the queue itself

There is no queue, they solve some problems in five minutes, and others in several months.
