False account disable, zero help provided
For 2 weeks I have been unable to use discord due to what can I only describe as a false ban. I used discord on Sunday April 14th before going to bed around midnight, and when I went to dm a friend in the morning my account was just gone. I have no email to say why or what happened, every ticket I submit is redirecting me to appeal, when I create an appeal Clyde Bot just tells me my account was disabled due to violating community guidelines or TOS and will not be reinstated. But I cant get through to a human being, this is by far the worst experience I have ever seen for “customer support”. At this point we as a community should really start either boycotting or coming up with legal ramifications, I know personally I pay for nitro annually as well as 2 additional boosts. My renewal date is in august which means I am out months of nitro time and wont ever see the money back unless I can get back into my account. That is theft, if you cant tell me why I have been banned and you just hide behind broken automation for your tickets I pray that a lawsuit forms because I will be all over it.

i'm in a similar situation.
my account was compromised and now it's disabled due to “breaking community guidelines", which they won't tell me which guidelines i've supposedly broken.
which is BS because i didn't do anything wrong! my account was hacked and now i've lost almost 10 years of memories and conversations i won't be able to look back on again.
not to mention that discord is my primary way of contacting my friends.
i'm about ready to say “screw this” and move to, idk, pesterchum or something.

Had my account banned too. They didn't even warn me or even email me why they did. I tried to submit a ticket and they just gave me a copy and past response. I just gave up and switched to Revolt Chat

Same reasons , I for some reason got banned out of nowhere for i don't know what reason , just woke up and then boom, they did not email me , and did not provide me with an answer of why i was banned which is pretty annoying since, you should atleast tell me what i did if not then that's just blaming me for no reason. Did a ticket , and same thing , Broke the community guidelines and blah blah , which i have no idea of because they never told me Why they banned , didn't do anything supicious nor bad so i have no clue.
