Discord Wrongfully Disabling my account and then not looking at my appeal tickets

My discord account was disabled 10 days ago now for being under the age of 13 but I am literally 16 years old. And the only reply I've had is them saying not all the information required was in the appeal photo and I have submitted multiple tickets since clearly showing my DoB but they just ignored the tickets and set them to solved without giving me access to my account, I am now worried as it is getting close to 14 days of inactivity in my account meaning it will face deletion, the support team are an absolute joke
