Account was hacked and still can’t get into it

I contacted support several times trying to let them know my account was hacked and that I did not have access to the account anymore. They only options given were options that would only work if I had access. Asked them to forcibly delete it and they just told me how to do it if I had access to my account.

    Nope, just got to my laptop that’s still “logged in” to the account so when I have internet I’ll try to log into it. I doubt it’ll work tho since the email and password were changed.

    Sadly it took like 3 months for them to respond to mine i hope you have better luck!

    They’ve replied all of my requests saying the same thing and labeled them all as solved so I’m not getting anything back. So hopefully I can just log into the hacked account and delete it.
