Some support people like children, they just want to get as many tickets as marked complete. There are some people who have very little respect at all, I think they are interns who work just to get more number solved ticket

In fact, they did not hesitate to close the ticket without a reply , maybe without read 😂😂😂
I don't know if this is a new rule if it's just a created rule, and now it seems to report anything related to discord, development, accounts, bots, or whatever menu appears on the https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new . 
Maybe later I will reveal the name of the name of the support who is not competent in my opinion, with valid evidence of videos and screenshoots, and also what cases are handled by them

    In fact, they just kept silent, didn't write anything and marked the ticket as finished. And it happens very often. with the same support person claiming the ticket 

    I'm not sure this is the work of Clyde because I'm very sure from some support people there must be rubbish 
     

     

    Just chase the solved number, and get a reward for the ticket number. With a note some people just mark the ticket complete without replying, even reading it

    It's insane how hard they avoid support tickets. They go out of their way to stay silent about issues. Feels deliberate because at this point it takes more effort to dodge my requests and complaints than it does to just address them
