Some support people like children, they just want to get as many tickets as marked complete. There are some people who have very little respect at all, I think they are interns who work just to get more number solved ticket

It's insane how hard they avoid support tickets. They go out of their way to stay silent about issues. Feels deliberate because at this point it takes more effort to dodge my requests and complaints than it does to just address them
