    This is one of the support people who serves tickets without reading. i am surprised they even tell to report in the app while the blue LINK is the link in the domain of support.discord.com

    Imagine, waiting for days, and sometimes they immediately close the ticket, sometimes the ticket is not sent to email, and waiting on a white screen

    Always with the answer template, 
    it will be escalated to the dev team. bla bla bla 

    Remember it's still saying it will be escalated, not that it's been escalated, and it's also very silly to say a template like that 

    and also it will wait very very long and spend a long time 



    I think support is in Antarctica, and the Dev Team is in the North Pole. Then the mode of transportation for ticket delivery using turtles

    okay the answer in the last is already good. But imagine having to explain again and again about the ticket, one by one in the answer, I don't know if a company as big as Discord cooperates on coustumer service or how, or from their own handle of it all. if it is indeed discord that manages CS, there should be a re-generation of the current support, because of what. See a lot of complaints about tickets and services 



    Especially with the support that only closes tickets, maybe his job is just to close tickets  idk 




    It's now Discord's 9th anniversary, but the service to the problem is very much beyond reason

    Excuse me how do I even get in contact with them because my account was taken like a month ago and I keep getting the same stupid message and then wait days for nothing, can't they just remove the email of the hacker on it log him out and allow me to re add all my things/email and 2fa again?
