Discord Trust & Safety Fails to Act on Harassment Case for Over Two Years

I've been subjected to severe harassment and cyberbullying on Discord for over two years, and despite multiple reports and a legal demand letter, Discord Trust & Safety has failed to take any meaningful action. This ongoing inaction has caused significant distress and impacted my well-being.

- Initial Report: Submitted on September 7, 2022

- Multiple Follow-Ups: Numerous follow-up reports with no resolution

- Legal Demand Letter: Sent in April 2024, unanswered

- Certified Letter: Sent to Discord’s headquarters, no response

The harassment continues unabated in the "particular" Discord server, and I am left with no recourse. Despite opting out of arbitration, the lack of financial resources and motivation to pursue further legal action has left me at a standstill.
