Being able to use the same phone number on multiple accounts

My idea was to be able to use the same phone number on multiple accounts so I wouldn't get this error message saying that my phone number is registered on another account when trying to verify w/ Phone number.

    I wanted to have this feature added so I can verify my phone number w/o having to get that error message saying “This Phone number is already being used with another account, please remove it before using it w/ the new account”.
