Can we have some feature to momoralize an account

I think it would be a such a disappointment for people to loose someone who they really loved and also get their memory lost. 
 

Discord is a place where you can stay close to your friend.

Having them in their server and as a friend just makes you to think about the time with their friend and happier. 

Is it possible to have some feature that stops deleting inactive user?

Or report the accident and memoralize the account in some ways?
