Please move the message delete button back up...

It used to be in such a nice place, but now it's at the very bottom of the message menu???  Just makes it more inconvenient for moderators for absolutely zero reason.

Before: 4th option down, easy muscle memory

After (version 227.0): have to scroll to the bottom??

Please… stop making such random changes, it's highlighted red alongside the report button now but what's the point if you're just gonna stick it at the bottom anyway.
