Age Appeals....So am I just cooked?
I got banned for a joke about being 10, and now im being told I wont be able to use my account til 2026. THEN im seeing everywhere that it'it'll be deleted in 30 days, so now i'm just in a huge panic.
I've submitted many many tickets.(13...) At first, I believed some high school assignments and evidence of my semester would be enough to prove i'm 17. Then, well, no. So I tried highschool documents. Still no. My birth certificate, No. My g r a n d m a , but still nothing. All marked as solved in like 2 minutes.
I've seen a ton of people with the same issue, and at first I just thought it was my lack of a photo id, but it really looks like the discord staff doesn't care at all for people who got their accounts disabled from this. Not as much as a reply.
It has only been 8 days for me, but i am already super concerned.about I'm thinking reaching out to the support team on twitter, but will that even change anything?
Is my account going to be gone forever?
What can I do?

nothing, they deleted my acc i send request like month ago , and again , again. and nothing this is last message from today . If you're referring to an account associated with a different email address, please send us a new ticket through that other email address instead.) they deleted my account and send me this text. very sad support 0 help (btw i have 22.)

Acamarko8 you have to make a discord support account with the same exact email or they will close your ticket pretty sure

That's their response after 22 days. Within those 22 days, they deleted my account. That's why they replied to me like that. Do you understand now?

Kat, you're fine if you've followed the e-mail instructions. Mine was banned for 32 days until it was solved yesterday.
Stop spamming e-mail or opening bunch of tickets, what you need to do is “Submit a request” on this website, pick “Appeals & Age Update Requests” and then “Update my age information”
Fill the form and upload a picture that has your face, your ID and your discord account, all in ONE picture. After that, just wait. If you did this correctly, it should stay open until its your turn.
Do not create more tickets or comment on it after that, there is a chance it will update your request and kick you to the back of the line.0
