Discord not following their own platform rules or enforcing them

I made a request to report someone who came into my server and told me that they were going to come to my area and assault me with a knife. I couldn't report it in the app as the message was deleted but I have the id of the message and evidence.

Discords response was just a copy paste telling me to use the app even tho I can't. 

Before I could reply back they just closed the ticket with no response or why.

I made another ticket. Got closed in seconds with no response.

Discord thinks it's ok for people to threaten violence on people
