Make more obvious announcements need PUBLISHED to go out to followers!

Right now I have a discord server where a key feature is supposed to be to aggregate announcements from several other discord servers. The first obstacle I ran into was servers that had an announcement channel that was TEXT rather than ANNOUNCEMENT. Then, once I got them to fix that so I could follow, they ARE NOT PUBLISHING after posting. I have tried to advise many server staffs on this and only get published announcements from 1 out of 14 of them.
 

Please do not have the Publish only in the … menu after posting in an announcement type channel, please also make the Publish action visible and able to be invoked at time of posting a message.

    I would say present the option like when you click Reply, it allows you to mark “@ on/off” stating if they get a notification. In this case it would either send to following or not.
