if you are seeing this ticket please take your tickets and support system seriously guys it is the backbone for a huge organisation and stop giving permanent suspension just for the topic of “AGE” instead give them a warning on their home screen and tell them to upload their selfie with their ID and their username and then you can verify that and BOOM. Half of your guys' tickets are reduced just by a feature please take this seriously and reduce the waiting time for tickets guys
