A Support Ticket Waiting list or ETA Time for Ticket Submitters to See
It is understandable that the moderators of discord's ticket system are overwhelmed with hundreds of tickets every day, however, if a long waiting time for ticket response cannot be avoided, It might be helpful and comforting to people sending tickets to see a at least and estimated wait time from the ticket. Another option may be a bit of stretch, the idea would require changing how the moderators file through the tickets. So instead of looking at every single ticket and disputing it right off, first the moderators could scan over all of the tickets, and depending on their severity be put on a higher or lower level on a wait-list, and then go on to disputing the matters themselves, and for more comfort of people submitting the tickets, the wait-list could a be a public view and highlight to people where their own ticket stands. A problem I see in the community is that is very vague of if discord is even looking at appeals or might be falsely closing cases and people are panicking about losing their accounts or having their issue never be resolved, with good reason, with this change though, people could feel better and have some comfort that they're not being left on read or delivered by discord and help people not feel so hopeless.

This is so true. I’ve been trying for weeks to get an answer. They keep saying they escalated the ticket and to wait for another member of staff to keep tabs. Then they just close the ticket without a word
