Frustrated
I was falsely banned. I followed every last step described in the e-mail I was sent. Nobody responded to any of my tickets. My first ticket is still up and has been for 2 days but no response. I tried making more tickets but they would be disabled within 3 hours. Until they started closing my tickets within 4 minutes. Discord support truly sucks. We need a feature to be able to close tickets ourselves. Mainly because my first ticket was done wrong and I'm positive they wont accept it, and Discord doesn't allow you to make multiple tickets, or else they will just use an automated system to take your tickets down. This really sucks because I've had my discord account for 4 and a half years now and was suddenly disabled. My guess on why is because I took part in a conversation about underaged users. I don't know why they would associate me with the subject, but they took my account down. I'm not sure how many other users were banned, but I'm positive someone else might've had action taken on their account too. I've shown proof of my date of birth through my ID but still haven't received a response. I really hope Discord can help me with this and possibly fix their support system by hiring more workers or even just making an automated bot system just to fix our issues. I was given a 2 year ban from using my discord account and have no idea what to do.

just got my account restricted for being on a server i got into a day ago and sent 0 messages on, banning people because one of the 50 something servers they are one had someone doing stupid shit is so ridiculous i have no words for it.
been a whole day where nothing was said or done, is it really that hard to check something so simple as “damn this guy just got an invite and didnt even send any messages here guess this mass ban was stupid and an overreaction”1 -
They literally have two people on their trust and safety teamAnd these bans are allegedly driven by AI. It's almost funny on how diligent they expect us to be when someone can easily be in 40+ servers
