Change the display of the new small text formatting

Currently, the recently added small text formatting (usable by starting a line with -#) is the same font, size, and colour as the “dismiss” message that appears underneath dismissable bot messages. This is likely to be used for scams which rely on the fact that people may, without thinking much about it, automatically click what they think is a button to dismiss the message, but may be a link to a site that steals their Discord user token. I think it would be a good idea to change the formatting of this smaller text, such as making it the same colour as regular text, or making it a little larger or smaller than it currently is.
