My account got suspended due to age joke

My Discord account was recently suspended due to an age-related joke made during a conversation with friends. It was just a lighthearted troll, but unfortunately, my account got suspended without any prior warning.

I’m a legal-age teen and have already submitted all the necessary documents to prove my age under Ticket ID: #47974408. 
This account is really important to me as it connects me with many friends and business contacts.

I’m hoping this can be resolved quickly. I’ve learned my lesson and will definitely be more mindful of Discord's terms and services in the future.

Thanks for your understanding and quick review of my case. I’m really looking forward to getting back to my Discord community.

    Mine got suspended a week ago for being 12. I am 27 years old, and have provided photographic ID but no response! :)

    Same here getting no response 
    They should have atleast gave some warning but no , straight ban!
    And now it will take weeks to even get a reply :(

    The same thing happened to me today, but I didn’t write anything about my age for the next week or even a month, just blocked at 8:03

    I don't even know exactly what did I said or what happened but maybe something in jokes might have happened in some casual convo 
    Discord should either fix it or atleast listen to the reports , why the users have to suffer because of their own faults ?

    This has also happened to me. Discord is really important to me and I really hope they resolve this soon. Apparently your account simply gets deleted if it takes longer than 30 days for them to respond.

    I got my account back after 2 weeks 
    My advice to everyone out there would be to stay patient and don't create multiple tickets
