ACCOUNT DISABLED
So, my account got disable in 08/08 for being underaged (what i'm not) i tried some tickes but for some reason they said something is missing, but i dont think so and they dont tell what specifically is missing, i tried another time with more quality images of my ID, no responde. Maybe i did a bad choice wich is keep creating tickets (like 10 i think, but only 6 are open) i also tried to contact the support on twitter but no response, i am really worried and dont know what i can do (prob wait i think?) but only bots reply my tickets. How many time i have left until my account got deleted?

yo intento recuperar mi cuenta hackeada donde prácticamente esta mi foto de perfil y les doy un montón de pruebas que esa cuenta es mía y este soporte no es de ninguna ayuda me envían soluciones que para usarlas debo estar dentro de la cuenta cuando estoy que repito que no tengo acceso a ella

Discord is a pain when it comes to this I had the same problem but they just stopped responding

They finally helped and got me unbanned also I made my new password an insult to discord

I like many accidentally sent a lot of tickets in panic around the 5 day mark I went to the help and support team in my ticket I just requested a real person told them what was happening they will eventually “escalate” your ticket to the correct team I did that 2-3 times then gave up for a few days since still no reply then it got lifted saying I was in their spam filter and realized it was a mistake

i accidentally sent a bunch of tickets unknowingly cause they didn’t appear in my email and i didn’t know that you had to login to see your cases so does this mean i’m in the spam filter it’s been 2 days and i’m getting really worried

Quaidrenfroe did you make a new support ticket asking for help with your other one or did you simply add a reply to the existing support ticket?

I have the same problem, it’s been 6 days since o sent my first one and my account is still disabled. I really wish there was a way to call discord support or at least email them but they aren’t taking email responses apparently. I’m getting so anxious about it because I had that account for like, four years. I tried Twitter but they just didn’t respond to me. It’s really frustrating Ú^Ù
UPDATE: I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK! I would wait about a week before sending your second or third appeal. If discord still hasn’t gotten back to you, I’d go ahead and send another one. Just don’t send too many because they will go to spam— however, whenever I sent my first one (I think it was my second because I did it without an discord support account the first time), it was put into spam. Try to be patient, BUT if they haven’t gotten back to you in almost 8-9 days, i’d go ahead and send em another one! Yes, it’s frustrating, but you gotta be patient if you want your account back and trust me, I understand, I went through the 6 stages of grief when I thought I lost my old account—pftt!

Same here, every time I tried to appeal Clyde comes in saying they've limited my account when I still can't log in! If only we can get a human on the appeals section without having to create a general question ticket…

So basically appeal on discord means nothing but spam to them but not being rude

I didn't make multiple tickets, but I made several comments in the comment section of the first appeal I submitted out of panic and fear for my account, does this count as spam and does that mean I will have to wait even longer before they realize my comments and tickets aren't spam?

can't believe we're still here, 5 days later and still no update, they keep telling me to submit a ticket via appeals and account thingie when i ask them when they are gonna reply to my ticket via “general help” but then i do and they dont even send me a message, and clyde/discord doesnt even send me a email telling me my ticket went through… i fear i will never get the support this whole discord thing needs..

Back again are we? Been 21+ days and still no help from an actual person, or discord themselves, just “Nelly” replying to my tickets and marking them as solved because they still think I'm spamming. What about you Nick? Did ya get your data back?
