Reactions settings

Hello! 

I think it would be great if it was possible to disable/enable reactions on individual users' messages.

Yes, server admins are able to change whether reacting to messages is possible, but I want to disable reactions on my messages specifically. All of them, even in DMs and servers that I own or have admin permissions in. 
I think this should be an accessibility feature since it has to do with reducing clutter and movement on the user interface.
