Feedback about the new UI (2025)

Don't get me wrong, I do actually like the compact and rounded feel of the new UI. That being said, I do have some design-related concerns. (Also, this is largely specific to the Ash theme, but it may or may not be applicable to the other themes.)

As the image shows, something of a language is conveyed with the different shades of grey used by the UI. Selected elements having a lighter grey, interactable elements sometimes in a middle sort of shade of grey, and non-selected elements being in a dark grey. This is then diverted from with the right-click menu, which uses a light grey color regardless. This does not look too particularly good, and was very noticeable when I was first exploring the new UI.

Additionally, the little information bar in the bottom-left corner seems awkwardly-placed. If it were to be draggable across the screen, this would look just fine, but seeing as how it's static, I would recommend scooching the left side a bit to the right to be more aligned with the channel bar. In practice, it'd look something like this:

Once again, the UI really doesn't look too bad. I just feel as though it needs some changes to make it just that extra bit more consistent and comfortable.
