Discord doesn't listen

There's a genuine issue with Discord and it's connection with its users. The app has gone downhill for years now and they refuse to listen to the feedback, it's like talking to a wall. Even writing this is a hassle because the text box is so glitched (that could just be me though). FIX THIS DISCORD. Are you just being lazy? Or are you ignoring us on purpose? I've been using an older version of the app for YEARS because of this. Your UI sucks, your ability to listen to feedback sucks, and soon you won't have barely any users because of this.

Scrolling through your support account's replies on the new update is just sad, because you literally just copy and pasted the same response for everyone complaining. What's the point of having that account in the first place then? When you refuse to listen to anyone and just continue to make the app worse and worse. I instead see people reccommening other people to help with issues rather than Discord doing anything itself. I really doubt you're even going to see this post.
