Change Volume of Individual Users in Group Calls on Mobile IOS only

We need an option to change the volume of different people when in group calls on IOS mobile just like desktop. I was just in a call with two people and one was way too loud and the other was way too quiet so I had to either not be able to hear one person or had to be blasted by the other. This would be so helpful as I can only use mobile for calling right now.

    Just use the role ID to check if the user should have access to the command. I'm assuming this is a private discord bot if not this solution will still work using premium iptv subscription a database to store the role id's
