add DOB to stop people from accessing content

If you add a DOB(date of birth) then content that gets filtered cannot be accessed from ages under 18 which makes it more secure, because some creators may have art work they made on there which made be adult artwork so filtering to stop kids from viewing it would be an alright solution with the DOB scheme.
