Prevent active Voice Channel members from being Invisible

Having a permission or an option in the server's settings that would put people that have an "Invisible" status automatically "Online" when they log into a voice channel, and that would prevent them from getting back to an "Invisible" status as long as they're logged into the channel. But that status change would only work on the server where they are logged in, as I understand full well that (sometimes) you don't want people to know if you're playing or if you're logged elsewhere. If they have several such servers and/or channels, they'd stay invisible on those where they're not logged into a voice channel.
