Videocall resolution/ videocall in servers

Hello! I'm new into posting feedback but i want to tell a little idea for people like me who due to bad wifi or similar uses data mobile:

Hello, the other day i was doing a videocall with my friend and I was doing a hotspot with my data mobile due to i live in an universitary residence and the wifi/cable is terrible, the idea is, this can be a nitro feature or not I supose, it would be handful for saving some MBs/GBs if you could adjust the quality in which you see the other people on videocall and even control in which resolution you're sending your videocall and then save mobile data.

Sorry if my english is bad, it's my third language, the idea maybe is too absurd but it could be a nice feature in the pc app or mobile app. Also I would like to ask, there's any way to do a videocall in a server? like a voicechat but videochat for having the comodity of a server but the features of the private call

That's all, sorry again for my english and really thanks for the colorblind mode, I forget to put it there when i asked it in the discord official twitter but seems like I'm not the only ones thinking about us.
