[server moderation] finding users who dont wanna be found

Im running the android app, and im trying to fully moderate a server (with around 5k users in it) through it
One of the hardest things to do is managing users.

So for this request, i would like to be able to manage a user(kick/ban/manage perms) through a chat tag, or through the user's profile, the lattter may be easier, through the mutual servers screen, just add an option there to manage the user.

  you don't use a moderation bot? Bots allow you to take action upon a user with the command followed by an @mention

  Hi ben yes we do use a bot for a lot of stuff, but most of the tagging we do is manual. Not sure how much a bot can do tbh, but we (the mods) can't mess with it
