Allowing Us To Hide Role Colors
Con rispostaExample: In this picture: https://imgur.com/a/Pkyz6cQ it's impossible for me to have a green username without removing the purple role. This is a bit infuriating because each role needs its own permissions so I can't remove the purple role. While in this case it is possible to just change the color that wouldn't be possible here: https://imgur.com/a/digqJ8s where the color matches the background so it looks more organized, however because of this, it's impossible to see usernames as well.
TLDR: Discord, please make a function where you have the option to disable a role color from showing as your username color even if it's higher than a different role as it can mess up people.
If you don't really understand what I mean I would like to request something like this: https://imgur.com/a/L8tQBpP

This is a dupe of https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360032616671 , so I'm closing this out. If you'd like to have your voice heard please upvote that suggestion! -
Well, a lot of servers have color organizations in place to make sure people are recognizable, this might cause more confusion than you think 🤔

(Don't know how to reply)
Well, I sort of meant an option for higher-ranks to disable the color, not the member themselves. For example, like in the first picture, I wish it were possible for me to have a switch so that even though the role is higher than the other the color won't show. Similar to the "Display Role" feature, except with color.
TLDR; Just have it as an option for the higher-ups to switch this on and off.2 -
It would probably have to be a permission, otherwise people would pretend to be lower roles than they already are

Yeah, that's what I meant. I should've phrased it better. Perhaps I'll delete this post and re-post with a better phrasing.
