Update the description of the "Manage Roles" server wide permission.
At the moment this role simply states "Members with this permission can create new roles and edit/delete roles lower than this one." However upon receiving this role you are actually granted that, as well as the ability to edit the permissions of any channel that does not explicitly have the "Manage Permissions" channel specific permission set to ❌. They can even edit the permissions for any role at all regardless of its position in the hierarchy. The description needs to explain this fact.

A description for the role will help the members of the server to understand each role properly.

I think that a better option would be to have the channel permission "Manage Permissions" be connected to the role permission "Manage Channels" permission instead of being connected with the role permission "Manage Roles"
