New online status option please

Please add a new online status option alongside the others (online, Idle, Invicible and Do not disturb). An option that when selected the notification sound only plays for direct messages. So no sound indicating anything on any server. The sound should only play when you get a direct message. Thank you

    Yes PLEASE, like a "I'm here I just don't like all the sounds" without being forced to be "do not disturb"
