Fix Emoji not rendering in the linux client. [Possible fix mentioned]

On the linux client, emoji in User (nick) names or in channel names dont render. This can be fixed easily by adding google's open source font "Noto Color Emoji" to the css, which will fix this.

I saw this fix on reddit, but the post got removed for violating the rules.
