Custom message when joining a voice channel

It would be a nice feature (specially for streamers using discord) to be able to have a voicechannel, lets call this STREAMCHANNEL, where the streamer can be online, and when other people join, you can have a custom message popping up like "if you join this channel, you might get broadcasted", and they have to hit okey before they're able to join the channel, now KNOWING that they are on stream or similar. Becuse if you already have an discord server with the friends you're gaming with, you don't want another discordserver just for streaming, you still want the O.G one.

I think this would be a neat feature for other peoples safety and personal life. It's just so people know that people are streaming when in that channel, so they don't say anything stupid.
