Ability to resize discord overlay

I know you can resize all of discord (including text and all) with Ctrl +/-, however I'm noticing that for me the party chat portion of the overlay is too large and when I resize discord with Ctrl +/- everything else becomes too small. 

 

It would be great to be able to drag and resize the overlay.
