Add a report button to the navigation error in app notification.

Like the connection problems in app notification that has server status and tweet button, the navigation problems in app notification should also have the report button. because it's content ( "Couldn't navigate to selected channel please report") doesn't say where to report. IMO, it would be nice to have a button in the in app notification itself.
