Put 'Mark as spoiler' further down the right click menu

At the moment, the mark as spoiler option is right at the top of the menu. This gets in the way a little when you're just trying to quickly correct a typo, so I'd suggest that it's placed below text correction suggestions, above/below add to dictionary.
