Limiting GIF quick access use

The latest discord update introduced the gif quick access feature. Would it be possible to give server administrator option to disable or limit the use of that feature? It would make moderating a lot easier to just deny that feature in certain cases.

For example server admins could give a person a role that has GIF feature disabled to avoid spam. Or certain text channels could have an option to turn GIF quick icon on / off.

    These quick access GIFs are big, frequently visually loud, and like emojis can be spammed in a chat. Restricting this under the same terms as emojis makes a ton of sense, so I definitely agree with this suggestion.
