Add callback for invite creation to Discord Rich Presence

The issue is that currently I want to have option for my users to always join somenone's party, but without initially showing party counter (e.g party creation is lazy, and I don't want users to always see party size of 1 in their presence). But that causes user-created invites to be invalid unless the party size is at least 1. Adding callback for invite creation would solve this issue because I would be able to set party size to 1 when the invite is created from application using Discord RPC api

    Basically, anyone should be always able to Ask To Join other person via Discord, but having 1 of 15 counter displayed at the same time would be very annoying (and most of the time there is not enough space for full status in rich presence anyway).
