phone embedding

(2nd suggestion in awhile, i dont know if i did this correctly) adds embedding to phones, you have to download mp4s, webms, etc to watch them on a phone, but with embedding instead of downloading them, it loads and you can press the video to play it (sorry if i diddnt do the command correctly)
